The problem is that the tractor runs fine at idle 90% of the time, doesn't matter if its high or low idle it runs. Firing order is 1-2-4-3, CCW. Even if you have to check each plug wire from the cap to the plug w/ a test light, do it. And, BTW, check for fuel flow by removing the bolt in the bottom of the carb bowl, not the fuel line.
