The exotic drop from Anderson mission is independent of targeted loot. So, Anderson mission on normal takes the least amount of time and gives a guaranteed exotic. You could try summit as well and the targetted loot works for exotics as well when playing summit but you have to be patient. 4. Reply. Thanks :S. Run the summit. Set target loot to backpack.
